Front Desk Agent — Motel 6
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to be the face of our Motel 6 property. You’ll be the first and last impression for every guest, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and making sure each stay starts on the right foot.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs
• Handle reservations via phone, online systems, and walk-ins
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer/accounting
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Follow all Motel 6 brand standards, safety, and security procedures
• Perform night audit duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer / tablet proficiencies
